These terms govern membership, collection tools, member listings, messaging, and use of CardGuide.

1. Platform role
CardGuide provides collection, listing, matching, communication, and reputation tools. It is not the buyer, seller, payment processor, shipper, authenticator, insurer, or escrow provider for member-to-member card transactions.
2. Membership
Membership currently renews monthly at the displayed price until canceled. Members may manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal. Access to paid features may be limited when payment is overdue, canceled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.
3. Permanent binder selections
The first included master-set binder and each purchased binder unlock are tied to the selected set. Once confirmed, a selection cannot be exchanged, transferred, or changed. Collection records remain associated with the account if membership becomes inactive.
4. Member transactions
Members independently negotiate price, payment method, shipping, insurance, authentication, returns, and local pickup. Members are responsible for complying with applicable laws and payment-service rules. CardGuide does not guarantee card authenticity, condition, delivery, payment, or transaction outcomes.
5. Listings and conduct
Members must use accurate photos and descriptions, disclose material defects, avoid counterfeit or stolen items, and communicate honestly. Harassment, impersonation, spam, fraudulent feedback, evasion of suspensions, and manipulation of seller rankings are prohibited.
6. Scanner and pricing data
Scanner identifications and market values are estimates that require member confirmation. Card images, third-party data, and pricing may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Members remain responsible for verifying the exact card and transaction value.
7. Account enforcement
CardGuide may restrict content, pause features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when necessary to protect members or the platform.
